These Tours are to Amish country and are now in their 13th year and have been popular with Quilters and non Quilters alike. Jan Jefferson, a renowned authority on the Amish and their way of life, guides all of the tours.
Over many years Jan has established these tours, written books, presented workshops and lectured worldwide on Pennsylvania and the Amish people.
Whilst these tours bring Patchworkers together to enjoy the unique quilt traditions of Pennsylvania, there are lots of activities for non-quilters to enjoy:

The Gettysburg Battlefields
The Capitol buildings in Harrisburg
The old town of Lancaster
And for those who enjoy Golf there are superb courses in Lancaaster and it's surrounding areas
We try to make the cost as inclusive as possble, it saves worries over carrying too much cash' and allows everyone to relax and enjoy themselves with no threat of hidden extra costs.
The tours do not include the cost of entrance, individual workshops and seminars that are on offer at the Quilters Heritage Celebration and the Vermont Festival.
